Shipping Policy

  • We aim to ship all items in stock within 3 business days.
  • For out of stock items or back orders or pre-orders please contact us in regards to an approximate time before purchasing.
  • In most instances (of in stock items) you would expect to receive your goods within 14 days unless notified otherwise.  Sometimes this can be affected by shipping issues as well as your destination shipping time.
  • We can not take responsibility for transit times once your order has left with the courier or Australia post.

Discount Policy

We aim to make our products the best price that we can.  Sometimes we do special offers, or offers for signing up to our mail list, first order etc.  Our company policy is all offers are available separately and can not be used in conjunction with each other unless stated on individual offers.

Bank Transfer Payment Policy

We are happy to accept bank transfers at checkout for customers wishing to pay by cash bank transfer or bank money deposit.  This is also available for NDIS Customers.

Please make your payment directly into our bank account. This will be displayed at checkout after completion of order.  Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account. Please make payment within one business day as they can take up to 2 days to show in our bank account and we can not hold items for more than 3 business days as our stocks are limited.

Returns Policy (For Australian Residents)

Item not quite what you thought? we are happy to exchange for you or provide a credit code for the items value provided it meets the following guidelines:

  • Within 14 days (unless item was delivered outside the normal 14 day period)
  • You provide Proof of purchase
  • Items need to be in brand new / unused condition in original packaging all tags/labels attached, please check colour, dimensions and suitability before opening packaging as it need to be in the same condition for resale.
  • All postage paid by customer including returning item to us (except in case of faulty items)
  • In the case of faulty items please communicate with us via email first, and we will be happy to refund or exchange including the cost of the postage agreed by us – Within 14 days
